Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Nena’s, we understand that schedules can change. To serve all clients effectively, please review the following policy:

– Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur a cancellation fee.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.
– Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
– Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability.
– Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and may incur applicable fees.
– If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
